A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT
At Lovelight Beauty Salon, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. When you book, that time is held exclusively for your beauty experience and is no longer available to another guest.
For this reason, I kindly require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I will always do my best to be compassionate and reasonable when something truly unavoidable happens.
Thank you for honoring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every appointment. I am so grateful to have you in my chair. ✨
